With the drama of the Premier League title race over for another season it is time to turn our attention the the action on Holland.
The Eredivisie is set to end in dramatic fashion with Ajax and PSV tied on 81 points with just one game left to play.
Both sides achieved emphatic victories over the weekend to keep their title hopes alive. Phillip Cocu’s PSV easily dispatched of Twente with a 4-0 win whilst Frank de Boer’s Ajax beat Cambuur 6-2.
As things stand Ajax currently top the Eredivisie table as they have a marginally better goal difference to their title rivals (+60 to +54).
Both sides face potentially tricky away fixtures in the final game of the season on Sunday. League leaders Ajax face 17th placed De Graafchap, whilst reigning champions PSV play seventh placed PEC Zwolle.
Sunday certainly promises to be a roller coaster ride for both teams!
