England are tipped as one of the favourites going into the European Championships and are therefore predicted by most to progress through the group stage.
The last time England failed to progress through the Euro groups was in 2000, when Ionel Ganea’s 89th-minute penalty saw Romania beat England 3-2, sending Kevin Keegan’s men down to third in the group and out of the tournament.
