THE BBC’S Price of Football feature was as extensive and comprehensive as it was predictable. The bottom line: we’re being ripped off, screwed over and taken for mugs. And if we don’t like it? We can go. No-one cares.
Match-goers knew that anyway – especially those supporting bigger clubs where demand can outstrip supply. A bum on a seat is a bum on a seat it seems – and bollocks to loyalty or how supporters feel.
