MASCOTS are like Marmite to most fans - you either love them or hate them.
Personally, I think they’re fun and many are real characters. Every club has one and they’ve been around a long time, well before they became big fluffy creatures.
In 1902, Manchester United had a mascot called The Major who was a real dog, and other clubs also had real animals too, like at Derby County who had a ram, Sunderland a Black cat, Leicester City a fox, obviously the link being their club nic...
